Launch cadence is the clearest available measure of who can actually put mass in orbit, as distinct from who announces that they intend to.
Marking the current quarter as incomplete is not a formality. A partial period plotted unmarked next to complete ones reads as a collapse in cadence, and that misreading is the single most common way a launch chart misleads.
